Pick the event first. The angles and the people you can add change to match.
Each photo becomes its own ad. Meta tests them against each other and spends more on whichever brings cheaper leads, so pick photos that look different from each other.
Optional. For each photo, choose who is in the room and the lighting, then tap Enhance. About 20 to 40 seconds each, and you can run several at once. Skip any photo you like as it is.

The text around the pictures. It is the same for every ad.
Write as long as you like. Only the first 125 or so characters show before "See More", so the hook has to be in the opening line.
Facebook cuts this around 27 characters, Instagram around 40.
Optional. Most feed placements do not show it at all.
